当这个趋势已经大成之际，本来不允许一般群众靠近的军方空间站，变成了天天都有数以千计至上万艘的民间舰船靠站，像逛超级市场那样流连购物，连站内的娱乐设施也入雨后的竹笋般冒出头来。
不止加达里军方无力阻止，以一众财阀为主的加达里政府都看在天天有海量的税收入账下，不禁妥协了，任由组装车间空间站变成了军民两用的公共设施，甚至为了应付日益庞大的客流量，将空间站扩建了几次。
这在以集权闻名的艾玛（Amarr）帝国看来是不可思议的事情。
今天是新伊甸的公认新年，组装车间空间站外面烟花不断，五光十色的聚光灯把整个空间站照射得缤纷五彩，负责表演的护卫舰也围着空间站做飞行表演。
